REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) PROCUREMENT OF STAFF UNIFORMS
1.NMB Bank PLC (the “Bank”) is a fully-fledged commercial bank listed at the Oar es Salaam Stock Exchange in Tanzania. The Bank offers banking services to individuals, small to medium sized businesses, large corporate clients, and government. NMB Bank has a wide distribution channel countrywide that serves over 3.5 million customers.
2.The Bank has set aside funds for procurement of Staff Uniforms.
3.NMB Bank Pie now invites eligible, qualified, and experienced vendors to participate on the request for proposal for supply of Staff Uniforms.
4.The selection and shortlisting of vendors will be conducted through the open competitive tendering as per the Bank’s policy.
5.Interested and eligible vendors shall obtain RFP document from our website www.nmbbank.eo.tz/tenders and request for clarifications on the RFP document shall be sent to the office of Secretary, Management Tender Committee at [email protected] not later than (Monday 7th November,2022)
6.The deadline for submission of proposals will be Monday 14thNovember,2022 at 1500 hours EA Time.
Your proposal must be marked on the envelope/email: Supply of Staff Uniforms and shall be delivered in either of the following ways:
Hard Copy delivery in sealed envelopes and deposited at the tender box located on ground floor of NMB Bank Head Office, at Ohio/Ali Hassan Mwinyi Road,Dar es salaam; or
Delivery by courier and addressed to Secretary, NMB Bank Pie Management Tender Committee P.O.Box 9213,Dar es Salaam;or Email delivery to [email protected] (maximum document size 20 MB)
7.Late tenders, portion of tenders, tenders not received, tenders not opened at the tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
