A prospective bidder having any questions regarding this RFQ shall contact 3 days prior to the due date and time for submission of quotes at [email protected] will respond to any question(s) received prior to the due date of the RFQ.
All bids in one original plus one copy, properly filled in, and enclosed in plain envelopes must be delivered to the address given below before Thursday, 29th August 2019 at 11:00 a.m.
