the United Republic of Tanzania requests the submission of Quotes from reputable,
experienced, certified, and qualified parties to provide the following:

• 14 X 02 0 9B8103G00 9, GE I Close Coil, 12 5VDC, ML-18, PowerVac, Powell
• 14 X 02 0 9B8104G002, GE I Trip Coil, 12 5VDC – 5 Cycle, ML-18, PowerVac, Powell
Key documents:
• Clear and detailed Quotation.
• Company registration documents i.e. Certificate of incorporation, business license, TIN,
VRN, Tax Clearance Certificate etc.
• A written statement indicating Tanzanian ownership percentage, Tanzanian management
and below management employment percentage to determine classification as an
Indigenous Tanzanian Company as per the Local Content Regulation, 2018.
• Applicable certification, accreditation, affiliated registrations, and letter of dealership as
required.
• Approved Local Content Plan or acknowledgment of submission from the Mining
Commissioner
