Samatime Car Dealers Company Limited is an importer of cars, trucks, machineries and insurance agency Located at Posta Mpya Phoenix House 4th Floor Ilala Dar es salaam.
The company is currently looking for intern for period of six months
Intern Purpose
- Provide high quality customer focused assistance to the business, promote sales as well as administrative and secretarial support Duties and Responsibilities
- Attending to the phone/WhatsApp chats, providing quality and timely customer service (taking orders, attending to queries, scheduling call backs etc.)
- Ensuring all orders and customer information are accurately recorded and coordinating well-timed deliveries of vehicles
- Generating client leads as well as making efforts towards increasing the number of customers [vehicles/insurance]
- Attend any other office duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
QUALIFICATION
Holder of a Diploma/Certificate in Insurance or Insurance and Risk Management or any other related qualification from a recognized Institution.
Insurance skills will be an added advantage.
