SELECTION AND EMPLOYMENT OF CONSULTANT FOR PROVISION OF ANNUALLY STATUTORY EXTERNAL AUDITOR SERVICES AT BIC

1. The Bugando Medical Centre through its own source of funds intends to apply part of this income towards the cost of Selection and Employment of Consultancy for provision of annually statutory External Auditor Services at BMC, and intends to apply part of the Proceeds of this income to cover eligible payment under the contract for Selection and Employment of Consultancy for provision of annually statutory External Auditor Services at GMC s
2. The Bugando Medical Centre now invites eligible consultants firms to indicate their interest in providing the services which include carrying out consulting services for annually statutory external auditing service at BMC for the FY 2020/2021
3. Interested consultants firms must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services by submitting consultant’s profile, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc. Consultants may associate to enhance their qualifications.
4. A consultant will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the Public Procurement Act No. 7 of 2011 se amended in 2016 and the Public Procurement Regulations, 2013 – Government Notice No. 446 as amended in 2016 (hereinafter called Procurement Regulations).
5. Selection will be conducted through the Quality and Least Cost based selection procedures specified in the Public Procurement Regulations.
6. Interested eligible consultants may obtain further information from the office of the SECRETARY OF BMC TENDER BOARD, BUGANGO MEDICAL CENTRE 7.0 BOX 21370 MWANZA, 44ADMINISTRATION BLOCK from 07:30 Am to 15:30pm local time on Mondays to Fridays inclusive end/or except on public holidays.
7. 8. Late Expressions of Interest shall not be accepted for evaluation Irrespective of the circumstances.
