Introduction
Mwanza Outreach Care and Support Organization is a registered non-governmental organization with registration certificate Number CONGO/00006488 dated 2 August 2013. In the fiscal year 2023, the organization is the local implementing partner of the Adolescents and Children HIV Incidence Reduction, Empowerment and Virus Elimination project or ACHIEVE in 4 councils of Mwanza Region, namely Mwanza City, Ilemela Municipality and Magu and Misungwi districts.
The Adolescents and Children HIV Incidence Reduction. Empowerment and Virus Elimination project, or ACHIEVE, is a five-year global effort to reach and sustain HIV epidemic control among pregnant and breastfeedlnq women, adolescents, infants, and children. The project is funded by the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR)through the United States Agency for International Development IUSAID) and implemented by a Pact-led consortium of top global HIV/AIDS partners, Including Palladium, No Means No Worldwide, and WI-HER.
Objective of the Assignment
Through ACHIEVE project. Mwanza Outreach Care and Support Organization will provide educational subsidies as detailed in the table shown below
