SUPPLY OF HEAVY DUTY PHOTOCOPY MACHINES CUM SCANNERS, LAPTOP COMPUTERS AND DESKTOP COMPUTERS FOR BRT PHASE 5 PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION UNIT

TENDER NO. AE/001/2022-23/HQ/G/77

1. The Government of United Republic of Tanzania has received funds from the Agence Française
   de Développement (the French Development Agency) towards the cost of Dar Es salaam BRT
   Phase 5 Project – CTZ 1075. It is intended that part of the proceeds of these funds will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for Supply of Heavy Duty Photocopy machines cum Scanners, Laptop Computers and Desktop Computers for BRT Phase 5 Project Implementation Unit, Tender No. AE/001/2022-23/HQ/G/77.
2. The Tanzania National Roads Agency now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for Supply
   of Heavy Duty Photocopy machines cum Scanners, Laptop Computers and Desktop Computers for BRT Phase 5 Project Implementation Unit, Tender No. AE/001/2022 23/HQ/G/77.
3. Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from and inspect the Bidding
   Documents at the office of the Secretary, TANROADS Headquarter Tender Board (THQTB), 2nd
   Floor, 10 Shaaban Robert Road/Garden Avenue Junction, Dar es salaam, Tel: +255 22 29260016, Fax: +255 22 2926011, e-mail: [email protected] and inspect the bidding document during office hours 8:00 hours to 16.30 hours’ local time, Monday to Fridays inclusive, except on Public Holidays.
4. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding specified in the Public
   Procurement Regulations, Government Notice No. 446 of 2013 as amended and is open to all
   Tenderers as defined in the Regulations unless otherwise stated in the Tender Data Sheet.

5. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of TZS 100,000.00 (Tanzania Shillings One Hundred Thousand Only). The method of payment will be through the Control Number to be provided by TANROADS. Please request a control number through email address: [email protected] copied to [email protected] after getting the control number, follow procedures outlines in this link https://epay.gepg.go.tz/ to make payment and follow up your receipt via emails provided. 6. The provisions in the Instructions to Bidders and in the General Conditions of Contract are the
   provisions of the Agence Française de Développement’s Bidding Documents for Procurement of Goods.
7. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 10:00 A.M on 25th day of January,
   2023 and must be accompanied by Bid-Securing Declaration.
