1. The government of Tanzania has received funds from development partners towards the implementation of the water sector support programme(WSSP II) during the financial year 2019/2020 and its intends to apply part of the proceeds of the funds to cover eligible payment under the contract for Supply of Office Management Tools And Equipment (Including ICT Equipment)
2. The Ministry of water now invites sealed bids form eligible suppliers of the following goods

Bidders may bid for single lot or combination of all lots but in any case bidders must quote
Full quantity in each lot. The purchaser shall evaluate the bids for each a lot and award contracts by lot-by-lot basis or a combination of lots not quoting for full quantities in a lot will be considers non-responsive
3. Bidding will be conducted through the national competitive bidding procedure in the public procurement (goods works, under IRBD Loans and IDA Credit by World Bank Borrowers (procurement guideline) dated January 2011 and revised July 2014 and is open to all eligible bidders as define in the procurement guidelines in additional please refer paragraphs 1.6 setting forth the world bank policy on conflict of interest)
4. 5. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased y interested eligible bidders upon the submission of written application to the address below and upon of payment of non-refundable fee of TZS 100,000/= the method Payment will be through the electronic payment system
6. All bids must be delivered to the address below before 18th August 2020 at 11:00 local time, electronic bidding will not be permitted, late bids will be rejected, bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders designation representatives and on one who choose to attend at the address below at 11:00 august 18 local time
7. All bids must accompany bid security of 2.5 % of the bid price in an acceptable form as provided in section IV of the bidding document. The bid security must be addressed to permanent secretary Ministry of Water P.O. BOX DODOMA
