SUPPLY OF PRE-FABRICATED CONTAINER MODULES AND FURNITURE

ISOAF Tz Limited is a Tanzanian-incorporated company with its head office in Dar es salaam and its plant in Nzega District. The company is soon expecting to commence its operations as a Thermal Insulation System Contractor for East African Crude Oil Pipeline (EACOP) Project. ISOAF Tz invites experienced and reputable Contractors to express their interest in providing Provision of Pre-Fabricated Container Modules and Furniture
The EACOP Project development involves the engineering, construction, operation and maintenance of a crude oil export pipeline crossing Uganda and Tanzania and an onshore Marine Terminal in Chongoleani, near Tanga Port in Tanzania.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE SCOPE:
- Prepare the drawing for the pre-fabricated modules and share with ISOAF
- The modules include for accommodation, sanitary plant, locker rooms, eating facilities, meeting rooms, and administrative office
- The module must have all needs necessary items to be usefully like able to have AC, water where needed, and be able to be installed in all fixtures
- For the furniture the company needs beds office furniture (like tables, cupboards, and chairs…)
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Compliance with Petroleum (Local Content) Regulations, 2017 and Local Company definition for Tanzania.
- Registration on EWURA’s Local Suppliers and Service Providers (LSSP) Database is highly
- recommended
- Statement of Experience with at least three (3) similar undertakings
Interested companies which meet the minimum requirements and have the capacity to provide the equipment listed above should express their interest by sending together with the above listed

Companies satisfactorily meeting the above minimum requirements will receive, subject to the signature of a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). a detailed pre-qualification questionnaire for further evaluation by Company.
EACOP project reserves the right not to consider companies that submit incomplete dossiers.
Note: Only pre-qualified companies will receive an invitation to submit their bid in furtherance of the Call for Tender process.
