Introduction
SOS Children’s Villages is a child focused, non-governmental organization providing care and support to children who have
lost parental care or at risk of losing parental care of their biological family. SOS Children’s Villages in Tanzania is a member of SOS Children’s Villages International, the largest private organization for children all over the world. In Tanzania, there are four SOS Children Villages under the SOS Family Care programme ie. in Arusha, Dar es Salaam, Mwanza and Zanzibar (Unguja). Other programs include: Family Strengthening, Advocacy, Education and Youth Empowerment.
SOS Children’s Villages now invites eligible and qualified suppliers to supply various network items as outlined hereunder:

Requirements:
- Adulycompleted and signed price offer in Tanzania shillings VAT inclusive:
- Bidder should submit certified copy of valid Business license, Certificate of Incorporation, VAT/TIN registration, and current Tax Clearance certificate;
- Bidder must indicate warranty for all items;
- Bidder should indicate delivery time upon submission of their priced quotations; and
- Bidder should state his terms of payment; Note: Our payment terms is within thirty (30) Days after delivery.
Opening of Quotations
- At the indicated time and place, the opening of Quotations shall be carried out by SOS Children’s Village Tanzania. SOS
- Children’s Village reserve the right to conduct opening of Quotations in public or not.
Submission of Proposal:
Quotation must be submitted in a sealed envelope physically to SOS Children’s Villages, National Office P.O Box 80462 White Star Tower, Ground Floor Wing B, Kiko Avenue, Mikocheni, Dar-es-Salaam.
Quotation shall be submitted by hand delivery to the above address on or before Monday, 0lst August, 2022 at 11:00 EAT.
Late Quotations, quotations not received and opened shall not be accepted irrespective of circumstances.
