1. This Invitation for submission of Proposals follows the General Procurement Notice for
   project which appeared in daily news Issue no. 002 dated 01/07/2022.
2. The Prime Minister’s Office received/has applied for/intends to apply for a loan from
   the IFAD towards the cost of AFDP and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan
   to cover eligible payments under the contract for Consultancy Services for Development of
   4P model and feasibility for fishing vessel operations (D).
3. The Prime Minister’s Office now invites proposals to provide the following consulting
   services: More details on the services are provided in the Terms of Reference. FEASIBILITY
   STUDY FOR THE OPERATION OF LONGLINE FISHING VESSEL/S AND FISH
   PROCESSING PLANTS IN TANZANIA UNDER PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP
4. This Request for Proposal (RFP) has been addressed to the following short-listed
   Consultants:
   It is not permissible to transfer this invitation to any other firm.
5. A firm will be selected under International Competitive Selection and procedures
   described in this RFP.
6. The RFP includes the following documents, which are available online under the Tender
   Documents section of TANePS:
