Expression of Interest
Date 14/01/2023

1. This invitation for expression of interest follows the General Procurement Notice (GPN)
   which appeared in www.taneps.go.tz Issue no. 280 dated 22/07/2022.
2. The Ministry of Lands Housing and Human Settlements Development received/has
   applied for/intends to apply for a credit from the IDA towards the cost of LTIP and it
   intends to apply part of the proceeds of this credit to cover eligible payments under the
   contract for Package 1: Consulting Services to undertake Environmental and Social Impact
   Assessment (ESIA) for the Construction of Regional Land Offices in Dodoma, Manyara,
   Arusha, Kilimanjaro, Tanga and Archive Building in Dodoma:.
3. The Ministry of Lands Housing and Human Settlements Development now invites
   eligible Firms to indicate their interest in providing the services which include Package 1:
   Consulting Services to undertake Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) for
   the Construction of Regional Land Offices in Dodoma, Manyara, Arusha, Kilimanjaro and
   Tanga and National Archive Building located Mtumba in Dodoma as follows:

5. Bidders are allowed to quote for One or more lots and award will be made on lot by lot
   basis.
6. Interested Firms must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform
   the services by submitting consultant’s profile, description of similar assignments,
   experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.
   Consultants may associate to enhance their qualifications.
7. A consultant will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the Public
   Procurement Act No. 7 of 2011 and the Public Procurement Regulations, 2013 – Government
   Notice No. 446 (hereinafter called Procurement Regulations).
8. Selection will be conducted through the Consultants Qualification selection procedures
   specified in the Public Procurement Regulations.
9. Interested eligible consultants may obtain further information from the office of the
   Dodoma, [email protected] from 07:30-15:30 on Mondays to Fridays inclusive except on
   public holidays.
10. Expressions of Interest (EoI) must be electronically submitted in the proper format, at or
    before 07/02/2023, 11:00
11. Late Expressions of Interest shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the
    circumstances.
