Expression of Interest

1. This invitation for expression of interest follows the General Procurement Notice (GPN)
   which appeared in UNDP-OP0015674 Issue no. W-OP0015674 dated 28/11/2021.
2. The Ardhi University received/has applied for/intends to apply for a loan from the
   World Bank towards the cost of Higher Education for Economic Transformation and it
   intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan to cover eligible payments under the
   contract for Provision of Consultancy Services for Design Review and supervision of
   Construction of Buildings at Ardhi University -Mwanza Campus.
3. The Ardhi University now invites eligible Firms to indicate their interest in providing the
   services which include Design Review and Construction Supervision of Buildings at Ardhi
   University – Mwanza Campus for the period of 28 Months
4. Interested Firms must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform
   the services by submitting consultant’s profile, description of similar assignments,
   experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.
   Consultants may associate to enhance their qualifications.
5. A consultant will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the Public
   Procurement Act No. 7 of 2011 and the Public Procurement Regulations, 2013 – Government
   Notice No. 446 (hereinafter called Procurement Regulations).
6. Selection will be conducted through the Consultants Qualification selection procedures
   specified in the Public Procurement Regulations.
7. Interested eligible consultants may obtain further information from the office of the
   Ardhi University, [email protected] from 08:00-16:00 on Mondays to Fridays inclusive except
   on public holidays.
8. Expressions of Interest (EoI) must be electronically submitted in the proper format, at or
   before 30/06/2023, 10:00
9. Late Expressions of Interest shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the
   circumstances.
