RFP Lump Sum Assignments

1. This Invitation for submission of Proposals follows the General Procurement Notice for
   project which appeared in TANEPS Issue no. 000 dated 27/12/2022.
2. The Government of the United Republic of Tanzania has set aside funds for the operation
   of the Government Chemist Laboratory Authority during the financial year 2022/2023. It is
   intended that part of the proceeds of the fund will be used to cover eligible payment under
   the contract for the PROVISION OF CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR PREPARATION OF
   DETAILED DESIGN AND SUPERVISION FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROPOSED
   GCLA LAKE ZONAL OFFICES AND LABORATORIES AT MWANZA.
3. The Government Chemist Laboratory Authority now invites proposals to provide the
   following consulting services: More details on the services are provided in the Terms
   of Reference. PROVISION OF CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR PREPARATION OF
   DETAILED DESIGN AND SUPERVISION FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROPOSED
   GCLA LAKE ZONAL OFFICES AND LABORATORIES AT MWANZA
4. This Request for Proposal (RFP) has been addressed to the following short-listed
   Consultants:
   •All eligible consultants register in United Republic of Tanzania
   It is not permissible to transfer this invitation to any other firm.
5. A firm will be selected under National Competitive Selection and procedures described
   in this RFP.
