RFP Lump Sum Assignments

1. This Invitation for submission of Proposals follows the General Procurement Notice for
   project which appeared in TANePS Issue no. 1 dated 12/07/2022.
2. The Government of the United Republic of Tanzania has set aside funds for the operation
   of the Mkulazi Holding Company Limited during the financial year 2022/2023. It is
   intended that part of the proceeds of the fund will be used to cover eligible payment under
   the contract for the Provision of Consultancy Services for Sales and Marketing.
3. The Mkulazi Holding Company Limited now invites proposals to provide the following
   consulting services: More details on the services are provided in the Terms of Reference. a)
   Generate sales and revenue; b) Introduce and Establish the Company as a leading producer
   of high-quality sugar products; c) Expand the Company’s customer base; d) Develop a
   strong brand identity; and e) Identify and exploit new market opportunities
4. This Request for Proposal (RFP) has been addressed to the following short-listed
   Consultants:
   •Campaign International Market
   •Blanq & Communication
   •Integrated Communication
   •M & R Agency Limited
   It is not permissible to transfer this invitation to any other firm.
5. A firm will be selected under Individual Consultant Selection and procedures described
   in this RFP.
