RFP Lump Sum Assignments

1. This Invitation for submission of Proposals follows the General Procurement Notice for
   project which appeared in TANEPS Issue no. 1036-5842 dated 20/07/2022.
2. The Government of the United Republic of Tanzania has set aside funds for the operation
   of the National Board of Accountants and Auditors during the financial year 2022/2023.
   It is intended that part of the proceeds of the fund will be used to cover eligible payment
   under the contract for the Provision of Consultancy Services for Site Specific Seismic
   Hazard Analyses, Development Seismic Design Ground Motions, Topographic Survey, and
   Geotechnical Site Investigation of NBAA Building Site in KIZOTA DODOMA – PLOT No.
   40 and 41.
3. The National Board of Accountants and Auditors now invites proposals to provide the
   following consulting services: More details on the services are provided in the Terms of
   Reference. Provision of Consultancy Services for Site Specific Seismic Hazard Analyses,
   Development Seismic Design Ground Motions, Topographic Survey, and Geotechnical Site
   Investigation of NBAA Building Site in KIZOTA DODOMA – PLOT No. 40 and 41
4. This Request for Proposal (RFP) has been addressed to the following short-listed
   Consultants:
   •University of Da-es-salaam
   •Dar-es-salaam Institute of Technology (DIT)
   •(Mbeya University of Science and Technology (MUST)
   •TANROADS
   •Arusha Technical College.
   It is not permissible to transfer this invitation to any other firm.
5. A firm will be selected under National Competitive Selection and procedures described
   in this RFP.
