1. Reference is being made to the bid documents submitted by 25/10/2022 , for the above
   captioned matter.
2. Kindly be informed that the Accountant General Department Tender Board during its
   ordinary Meeting held on 12/12/2022 , approved award of the contract to ERNST and
   YOUNG For Provision of Consultancy Services on Review and Improvement of methods
   and systems used in the preparation of Consolidated Financial Statements for the financial
   year 2021/2022 at the contract price of TZS 129653857.00 VAT inclusive.
   The decision of the Tender Board was made through circular resolution circular resolution
   no. 225 Dated 12/12/2022
