1. This Invitation for submission of Proposals follows the General Procurement Notice for
   project which appeared in WEBSITE Issue no. 1 dated 30/05/2022.
2. The Government of the United Republic of Tanzania has set aside funds for the operation
   of the National Housing Corporation during the financial year 2022-2023. It is intended that
   part of the proceeds of the fund will be used to cover eligible payment under the contract
   for the Provision of Lead Arranger to Facilitate Issuance of Medium Term Note Bond
   Program for NHC.
3. The National Housing Corporation now invites proposals to provide the following
   consulting services: More details on the services are provided in the Terms of Reference.

4. This Request for Proposal (RFP) has been addressed to the following short-listed
   Consultants:

   It is not permissible to transfer this invitation to any other firm.
5. A firm will be selected under National Competitive Selection and procedures described
   in this RFP.
