SUB: NOTIFICATION OF CONTRACT AWARD

1. Reference is being made to the bid documents submitted by 31/08/2022 , for the above
   captioned matter.
2. Kindly be informed that the Ardhi University Tender Board during its ordinary Meeting
   held on 16/09/2022 , approved award of the contract to BENPHIL ENTERPRISES For
   Supply of Motor Vehicle Tyres-SU 42806 REF.NO.FB.35/363/15/54 at the contract price of
   TZS 2006000.00 VAT inclusive.
   The lowest evaluated bidder M/S Interlligent General Traders was reject the offer then the
   tender was awarded to the second lowest evaluated bidder M/S Ben Phil Enterprises.
