1. This Invitation for submission of Proposals follows the General Procurement Notice for
   project which appeared in TANEPS Issue no. 1036_1505 dated 08/07/2022.
2. The Government of the United Republic of Tanzania has set aside funds for the operation
   of the Institute of Accountancy Arusha during the financial year 2022/2023. It is intended
   that part of the proceeds of the fund will be used to cover eligible payment under the
   contract for the Standard request for proposal for selection of consultants for review and
   update assets register.
3. The Institute of Accountancy Arusha now invites proposals to provide the following
   consulting services: More details on the services are provided in the Terms of Reference.
   Carry out Exercises of Reviewing and Update Assets Register to comply with the
   Government Asset Management in line with Government Asset Management Information
   System (GAMIS) by conducting assets Valuation, value, Classification, grouping and
   generating QR Coding system which meets with the GAMIS)
4. This Request for Proposal (RFP) has been addressed to the following short-listed
   Consultants:
   •All national eligible consultant without shortlisted
   It is not permissible to transfer this invitation to any other firm.
5. A firm will be selected under National Competitive Selection and procedures described
   in this RFP.
