Invitation to Tender

1. The Tanzania Commercial Bank PLC intends to dispose Tender for Selling of the
   TANRICE Grain and Paulse Plant and Equipment located at Dakawa -Mvomero in
   Morogoro Region. The Tender for Selling of the TANRICE Grain and Paulse Plant and
   Equipment located at Dakawa -Mvomero in Morogoro Region are disposed on “as is, where
   is” basis and the procuring entity shall have no further liability after sale.
2. The Tanzania Commercial Bank PLC now invites sealed Tenders for the purchase of
   Tender for Selling of the TANRICE Grain and Paulse Plant and Equipment located at
   Dakawa -Mvomero in Morogoro Region
3. Tendering will be conducted through the International Disposal by Tender procedures
   specified in the Public Procurement Regulations, 2013 – GN No. 446 and is open to all
   Tenderers as defined in the Regulations.
4. Interested Tenderers may inspect the Tender for Selling of the TANRICE Grain and
   Paulse Plant and Equipment located at Dakawa -Mvomero in Morogoro Region at
   TANRICE Grain and Paulse Plant located at Dakawa -Mvomero in Morogoro Region on
   21/06/2023 from 12:00-15:00
5. Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from and inspect the
   Tendering Documents at the office of the PSSSF Millennium Tower II -Kijitonyama, 10th
   Floor, Along New Bagamoyo Road, Dar es Salaam , [email protected] from
   08:30-16:30 on Mondays to Fridays inclusive except on public holidays.
6. All Tenders must be accompanied by Tender Deposit in an acceptable form in the
   amounting to 25% of Tender amount in Tanzanian Shillings or any other freely convertible
   currencies.
7. All Tenders must be electronically submitted in the proper format, at or before
   30/06/2023, 14:00. Tenders will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the
   presence of Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend in the opening at the PSSSF
   Millennium Tower II -Kijitonyama, 10th Floor, Along New Bagamoyo Road, Dar es Salaam
   .
8. Late Tenders, portion of Tenders, Tenders not submitted, not opened and not read out
   in public at the Tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective
   of the circumstances.
