RFP Lump Sum Assignments

1. This Invitation for submission of Proposals follows the General Procurement Notice for
   project which appeared in www.taneps.go.tz Issue no. 01 dated 28/07/2022.
2. The Tanzania Standard (Newspapers) Ltd received/has applied for/intends to apply for
   a credit from the Tanzania Standard (Newspapers) Ltd towards the cost of PROVISION
   OF CONSULTANCY SERVICES ON UPGRADING AND SUPPORT OF SAGE ACCPAC
   300 SYSTEM FOR 2022/2023 and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this credit to
   cover eligible payments under the contract for Upgrading and Support of SAGE ACCPAC
   300 System.
3. The Tanzania Standard (Newspapers) Ltd now invites proposals to provide the following
   consulting services: More details on the services are provided in the Terms of Reference.

4. This Request for Proposal (RFP) has been addressed to the following short-listed
   Consultants:
   It is not permissible to transfer this invitation to any other firm.
5. A firm will be selected under National Competitive Selection and procedures described
   in this RFP.
6. The RFP includes the following documents, which are available online under the Tender
   Documents section of TANePS:
