ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader situated within the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York City, seeks highly qualified candidates to serve as Technical Services Manager to be based in Geita, Tanzania.
The Technical Services Manager (TSM) offers senior technical leadership at the regional level for community and facility project activities. Supervised by the Regional Program Manager, S/he manages a team of regional technical experts in various areas such as VMMC, supply chain, laboratory, CQI, TB/HIV, public health surveillance, strategic information, and community and facility interventions. The TSM ensures that all agreed technical strategies are implemented with fidelity and quality while developing real-time innovations to address programmatic challenges. S/he collaborates closely with the Field Implementation Manager to meet program goals according to GoT and PEPFAR standards.
