TO CONDUCT MIDTERM EVALUATION FOR A WORKING FURTURE PROJECT

RFP NO. PIT/CO/01/FY20

  1. Plan is an international humanitarian child centered development organization without religious political or governmental affiliation child sponsorship I the basic foundation of the organization.  Plan international work with the children, their families and communities in 70 countries building skills the structures and the resources to give children an equal chance to develop into health, educated and responsible to adulthood.  Plan has a physical presence and implement projects in the following regions Dar es Salaam, Coast, Morogoro, Geita, Dodoma, Mwanza Rukwa, Kigoma(Refugee emergency program in Kibondo) also through partners and strategic alliance plan international Tanzania implements in project in Zanzibar Ruvuma, Morogoro, Iringa and Mtwara
  2. Plan international Tanzania through a working future project has a set aside fund to conduct midterm evaluation
  3. Plan international Tanzania now invites sealed bids from the eligible suppliers for the above services interested eligible bidders must confirm their intention to bid indicating all relevant contact information  including an email address to [email protected] attention Head Of Procurement and Logistic Bidding document in the English language will be sent to interested bidders by email. Plan Tanzania will not be held responsible for any coast related to printing of the bid documents
  4. Bidders are requested to submit technical and financial proposal each marked “technical proposal” and “financial proposal” respectively.  Proposal must be submitted electronically to [email protected] before 24 August 2020. late bids will be rejected, not evaluated
