Tender: Conduct periodic servicing and maintenance of Multifunctional printer
Population Services International (PSI) is a locally registered not for profit organization dedicated at improving the health of people in Tanzania, with a focus on reproductive health, maternal and child health, and IIIV/AIDS prevention.
The organization invites eligible and competent suppliers to conduct periodic servicing and maintenance of Multifunctional printer at PSI HQ Morocco.
Scope of works:
- Provide a technician with technical knowledge for all aspects of the printer on-site within two hours of a request for technical support;
- Make monthly regular maintenance checks and report to ensure all systems are running as expected;
- Ensure the equipment produces clean prints at all time;
- Ensure only manufacturer recommended parts and supplies are used;
- Replace ink toner cartridge(s) before those in use have depleted such that they can no longer produce quality prints;
- Replace ink toner cartridge(s) if installed one do not produce the agreeable quality of print;
- Replace mechanical parts that have failed within two working days after it is established the part can be acquired locally;
- In event the multi-function printer has a failed part that must be imported, a replacement machine with similar functionality must be provided at no additional cost to PSI, until such time the part has been replaced and the machine is back to normal functioning;
- Replacement machine must be provided within two working days after it is established the replacement part must be imported;
- Duly keep accurate count of all prints produced;
- Duly keep accurate records of all parts and supplies replaced;
- Ensure firmware upgrades are installed timely;
- Provide orientation on basic operations of the machine to new users when requested;
14. Make configurations that are necessary to allow end-users to properly use the machine.
