FOR CONSTRUCTION WORKS FOR OFFICE BLOCK FOR ZANZIBAR ANTI-CORRUPTION AND ECONOMIC CRIME AUTHORITY
- The Revolution of Zanzibar has a set aside fund for the operations of the Zanzibar Anti Corruption and Economic Authority (ZAECA) during the financial year 2020/2021. Its intended that part of the proceeds will be used to cover eligible payments under the contract works for the proposed Construction works for the Office Block for Zanzibar Anti Corruption and Economic Authority (ZAECA)
- Zanzibar Anti Corruption and Economic Authority(ZAECA) now invites sealed tender from eligible buildings contractors registered or capable of being registered in class1 for carrying out the proposed Construction works for the Office Block for Zanzibar Anti Corruption and Economic Authority (ZAECA)
- Tendering will be conducted through the International competitive tendering procedures specified in the procurement goods, works and disposal of public assets by tender, regulations 2016 – Government notice no 62 of 2016 and is open to only selected tenders a defined in the regulations
- The selective eligible tenders may obtain further information from and inspect the tendering document from 7:30 – 1:30 PM hours local time Monday – Friday except on public holidays at the office of the secretary of tender Board Zanzibar Anti-corruption and Economic Authority

- A complete set of tendering document in English language and additional sets may be purchased by selected tenders on the submission of written application to the address given under paragraph 4 above and upon payment of non refundable fee of TZS 100,000/= payment should either be by cash , banker draft or banker cheque payable to the procuring disposing entity
- All tenders must be accompanied by a tender security in acceptable form in the amount of 2% of contract amount. Tender security shall be a bank guarantee in the format provided under section x of the tendering from a reputable bank
- All tenders in one original plus 3 copies properly filled in and enclosed in plain envelopes must be delivered to the address given under paragraph 4 above at of before 14:00 PM hours local time on 14th September 2020. tenders will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of tender representatives who choose to attend Zanzibar Anticorruption and Economic Crime Authority Conference room
- Late tenders portion of tenders electronic tender and tenders not received, tendrs not opened at the tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances
