The Kaizen Company is seeking proposals from qualified organizations interested in providing the following services as described in the document: consultancy for the development and implementation of an e-procurement system at the East African Community. The assignment will entail the development, installation, testing, comprehensive training and capacity building of the EAC staff and system handover, outlined more fully in the document.
Location: The operational base for the assignment is the headquarters of the East African Community Secretariat in Arusha, United Republic of Tanzania. The intended commencement date is the date of the signing of the project contract. The kick-off meeting will take place in Arusha, Tanzania soon thereafter. Remote work will also be anticipated. Duration: The proposed total duration of the project life is 5 months starting on/around April 15, 2021. Please confirm the closing time as it was not published.
Proposal Submission Due Date: 2 April 2021. The Offeror may submit its proposal by the following means: Electronically – Internet email with up to two (2) attachments per email compatible with MS Word, Excel and Adobe Acrobat in a MS Windows environment to: [email protected].
Questions Due Date: 26 March 2021. All questions, comments, requests for clarifications must be sent in writing to [email protected] no later than the date and time indicated above. Questions will not be entertained after this date. Proposals shall be written in English. Cost proposals shall be presented in USD. Proposals must remain valid for a minimum of 120 (one hundred twenty) days.
