1. This Invitation for submission of Proposals follows the General Procurement Notice for project which appeared in TANePS Issue no. Not Applicable dated 18/06/2021.
2. The Government of the United Republic of Tanzania has allocated public funds for the cost of Provision of Consultancy Service for Feasibility Study and intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the Contract for which the Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued.
3. The Sisalana (1) Company Limited now invites proposals to provide the following consulting services: PROVISION OF CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR CARRYING OUT FEASIBILITY STUDY
4. The Company has allocated funds in FY 2020/21-2021/2022 for carrying out the feasibility study which will Include analysis of the correct operational activities of the company which are centered on sisal decortication factories, Central Workshop, sisal spinning and weaving. Also, the consultant will be responsible to develop -viable business plan on the best approach run and manage the activities of the Company Including, running of heavy plant equipment, processing or developing all sisal by products which shall not be limited to tequila, sugar syrup, animal feeds and building materials.
