TENDER NO: PA/100/2019-2020/JNIA/HQ I31
FOR
DEVELOPMENT, MANAGEMENT AND OPERATION OF AIRPORT BUSINESS LOUNGE AT JULIUS NYERERE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT TERMINAL
1.This Invitation for Tenders follows the approval of ATCL Tender Board circular resolution No. 3 of 5th August, 2019.
2. Air Tanzania Company Limited now invites sealed Tenders from eligible Service providers to develop, manage and operate of airport business lounge at Julius Nyerere International Airport Terminal III
3. Tendering will be conducted through the International Competitive Tendering procedures specified in the Public Procurement Regulations, 2013 Government Notice No. 446 and is open to all Tenderers as defined in the Regulations.
4. Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from and inspect the Tendering Documents at the office of the Secretary to the Tender Board-ATC House, Ohio/Garden Avenue, P.O.Box 543,Dar es Salaam, Room Number 8 from 09:00-15:00 on Mondays to Fridays inclusive except on public holidays.
5. A complete set of Tender documents in English may be purchased by interested Applicants on the . submission of a written application to the address given under paragraph 4 above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of USD.100.00 [One Hundred United States of America Dollars] or equivalent amount in freely convertible currency. Payment should either be by Cash, Banker’s Draft, or Banker’s Cheque, payable to the Managing Director and CEO, Air Tanzania Company Limited, P.O.Box 543, Dar es Salaam.
6. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Securing Declaration in the format provided in the Tendering Documents.
7. All Tenders in one original plus two copies properly filled in, and enclosed in plain envelopes must be delivered to the address The Secretary to ATCL Tender Board, ATC House Building at Junction of Ohio/Garden Avenue/Pamba Rd,llala , P.0 Box 543,Dar es salaam. Tanzania on or before Monday 2nd September, 2019 at or before 11:00 hours local time. Tenders will be A opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend in the opening at the ATC House Conference room No 5, Second Floor.
8. Late Tenders, portion of Tenders, electronic Tenders, Tenders not received, and not opened and not l read out in public at the Tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
