The National Board of Accountants and Auditors intends to dispose its Motor vehicle pick up. The Motor vehicle pick up is disposed on ”as is, where is”basis and the procuring entity shall have no further liability after sale.
The National Board of Accountants and Auditors now invites sealed Tenders for the purchase of the Motor vehicle pick up as described hereunder:

Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive bidding procedures specified in the Public Procurement Regulations, 2013 GN No. 446 and is open to all Tenderers as defined in the Regulations.
Interested Tenderers may inspect the Motor vehicle pick up at NBAA premises (Mhasibu House) on Wednesday 8th May 2019, for inspection from 09:00 15:00 hrs.
Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from and inspect the Tendering Documents at the office of the Secretary to Tender Board NBAA Mhasibu House, Bibi Titi Mohamed Street, P.O. Box 5128 Dar es Salaam in Room 312 from 09:00 15:00 hrs on Mondays to Fridays inclusive except on public holidays.
A complete set of Tendering Document(s) in English and additional set may be purchased by interested Tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address given under paragraph 5 above and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Tshs. 100,000/=. Payments should be done by Government e-Payment Getaway (GePG) payable to NBAA.
All Tenders must be accompanied with Tender Deposit in an acceptable form in the amounting to 25% of Tender amount in Tanzanian Shillings or any other freely convertible currencies.
All Tenders in one original plus TWO (2) copies, properly tilled in, and enclosed in plain envelopes must be delivered to Secretary to Tender Board NBAA Mhasibu House, Bibi Titi Mohamed Street, P.O. Box 5128 Dar es Salaam in Room 312 from 09:00 15:00 hr at or before 10:00 am on 16‘” May 2019. Tenders will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend in the opening at the NBAA-Mhasibu House Function l-lall, 1st Floor.

Late Tenders, portion of Tenders, electronic Tenders, Tenders not received, Tenders not opened and not read out in public at the Tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
