FOR SUPPLY OF PVC FITTING GS FITTING & GS PIPE FOR MBWAWA WATER SUPPLY PROJECT
- The ministry of Water has a set aside fund for the operation of the DAWASA during the financial yea 2020/2021. Its intended that part of the proceed of the fund will be used to cover eligible payment under the contract for which is invitation for bid issued
- DAWASA now invites sealed bids from eligible suppliers of the following goods

3. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding procedures specified in the Public Procurement Regulations, 2013 Government Notice No. 446 as amended in 2016, and is open to all Tenderers as defined in the Regulations.
4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of the Secretary, DAWASA Tender Board, DAWASA Building, Dunga / Malanga Street, Opposite Mwananyamala Hospital P.0 BOX 1573 Dar es Salaam from 0800 to 1600 hrs, on Mondays to Fridays except on public holidays.
5. A complete set of Bidding Document(s) in English and additional sets may be obtained by interested and eligible Bidder from the office of The Secretary, DAWASA Tender Board upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Tshs 100,000.00 from 0800 to 1600 hrs local time on Monday to Friday except on public holidays. Payment should be made to ANY BRANCH OF CRDB BANK A/C N0. 01J1021921900, a copy of Pay in Slip should be submitted to the Secretary, DAWASA Tender Board, DAWASA Building, Dunga / Malanga Street, Opposite Mwananyamala Hospital, Dar es Salaam. Interested tenders shall obtain control number at DAWASA office Sokoine Drive Gerezan nearby water front building
6. All tenders must be accompanied by bid declaration in an acceptable form specified in a bid documents
7. All bids in one original plus one copy properly sealed in, and enclosed in plain envelopes must be delivered to the address below clearly marked Supply of Gs fitting, Pvc Fittings, and Gs Pipes Bid Number AE/033/2019-2020/G/33 lot no 2 at DAWASA building at or before 11:00 hrs on Monday 17th August 2020. Bids will be opened promptly thereafter in public and In the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend the opening ceremony at the DAWASA Board room DAWASA Building, Dunga/Malanga Street, Opposite Mwananyamala Hospital, Dar es Salaam.
8. Late Bids, Portion of Bids, Electronic Bids, Bids not opened and not read out in public at the bid opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
