INVITATION FOR QUOTATION
TO ALL BIDDERS
- The ministry of Education, Science and Technology has received a grant from the world bank towards the cost of the East African skills for transformation and regional integration project and intends to apply part of the proceed of this grants to cover eligible payments under the contract for which this invitation
- You are hereby invited to submit your price quotation for supply the goods as described in the schedule of requirements and price attached in section II
- All quotations in one original plus 2 copies properly filled in and enclosed in plain envelopes marked “quotation for the supply, installation and commissioning of video conferencing for the MoEST” must be delivered to the Secretary of Tender Board. Ministry of Education, Science and Technology. Government City Mtumba Area, Afya Street at conference room no 22 P.O. BOX 10 40479 DODOMA
- the quotation shall be valid for 60 days
- the required delivered period is 90 days from the issuance of the purchaser order
- Deadline for submission will be on 11:00 28th April 2020. Quotations will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of suppliers representatives who choose to attend in the opening at the Ministry of education conference room no 22
- Late quotations, portion of quotations, electronic quotation’s not received quotation not opened at the quotations opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective circumstances
