TENDER FOR

LEASE OF LENGORO FARM

  1. KNCU Limited hereinafter as the union is a legal entity duly registered under the cooperative societies Act. The union is the owner of land property known as CT No 9641 (Lengoro Farm) situated at Sanya Juu west Kilimanjaro , Siha District wihi Kilimanjaro Region covering 541 acres with water right permit from Garagura river. The farm is located at 30 KM from Bomang’ombe (Arusha- Moshi) and borders with Kilimanjaro forest reserve on the North also border with Siha DC on the west also shares border with other farmsthe union intends to let out farm i.e Garagura and Mlomo Farm
  2. The union intends to let out farm for agriculture investment purpose prioritizing coffee growth with competitive tendering from local foreign tenders with eligibility to invest in Tanzania
  3. Tenders are allowed to visit and inspect lengoro farm soon after the publication of this notice upon making appropriate communication with the union
  4. A complete set of tender documents in English language must be purchased by the parties

HOW TO APPLY
a. Obtain a tender document undersigned after effecting non-refundable payment tender fee of 300,000/= into account no 01J1038612801 at CRDB Bank account name KNCU(1984) LIMITED GENERAL
b. Fill up one original plus one copy of the tender document with relevant attachments
c. The marked complete tender document has to be sealed envelope clearly marked “TENDER FOR LEASING LENGORO FARM”
d. The sealed envelopes with tender documents must be physical submitted at the head office before 20th July 2020 at 16:30. tenders will be opened thereafter on Tuesday for 21st July 2020 at 10:00 hrs in public and in the presence of the tenders of their representatives for those who choose to attend at the board room located at the union head office
