LEASING OF OFFICES
INVITATION TO BID
- The bunda DC Intends to lease offices the rooms are leased on as is where basis and the procuring entity shall have no further liability during the leasing period
- The Bunda DC now invites sealed tenders for the lease of rooms that are located at Bunda Town Council (Boman) where Bunda DC ws previously centred as detailed below
- District Executive Directors residential Building ( Five rooms which one is Master, one sitting room , one store room and one kitchen room) – Lot 1
- District Internal Auditors Residential Building ( three rooms which one is Master, one sitting room , one store room and one kitchen room) – Lot 2
- District Treasury Residential Building (( three rooms which one is Master, one sitting room , one store room and one kitchen room) – Lot 3
- Planning Office 3 rooms – Lot 4
- Cooperative Office ( Two rooms) – Lot 5
- Legal Office ( One room) – Lot 6
- Primary Education Office ( Two rooms) – Lot 7
- Secondary Education Office ( Two rooms) – Lot 8
- PCI Office ( Three rooms) – Lot 9
- Community Development Office ( Five Rooms) – Lot 10
3. Tendering will be conducted through national competitive bidding procedures in the specified public procurement regulations 2013 – government Notice No. 446 and public procurement(amended) regulations 2016 – government Notice No. 333 and is open to all tenders as defined in the regulations
4. Interested tenders may inspect the offices at Boman where Bunda DC was previously located from 7:30 am to 3:30 PM Monday – Friday inclusive except in public holidays
5. Interested and eligible tenders may obtain further information from and inspect the tendering document at the office of the secretary to the Tender Board , P.O. BOX 126 Bunda Room No 7 from 7L:30 am – 3:30 Pm on Monday – Friday inclusive except on public holidays
6. A complete set of tendering document in English language and additional sets may be purchased by interested tenders on the submission of a written application to the address given under paragraph 5 above and upon payment of non-refundable fee of TSJ 50, 000, Payment should be made through controls numbers as will be provides by District Treasury office per each interested eligible tenders
7. For each lot rent fee shall be charged by using square meter for each room as detailed in the tender document, however the highest bidders shall be considered after all matters being considers
8. ll tenders in one original plus one copy properly filled in and enclosed in plain envelopes must be delivered to Secretary Tender Board, P.O. BOX 126 Bunda at or before 30th October 2020 at 10:00 am , tenders will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of tenders representatives who choose to attend in the opening at the council hall located at Boman
9. Late tenders, portion of tenders, electronic tenders, tenders not received, tenders not opened and not read out in the public at the tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective circumstances
