Prequalification of auctioneers debts collector and court brokers services for the year 2019/2020
INVITATION FOR TENDER
1. Commercial Bank of Africa (Tanzania) Limited (CBA) intends to establish a list of local service providers for provision of Auctioneers, Debt Collectors and Court Brokers services. CBA Bank is now inviting applications from interested, competent and reliable service providers for provision of Auctioneers, Debt Collectors and Court Brokers services.
Businesses and / or firms, who can submit the following information, are eligible to apply:

Full business name, postal address, physical location, telephone, fax and electronic mail contacts, company profile, organization structure (company or partnership), particulars of the partners and directors, copies of articles / memorandum of association, full bank details, contact person, business license, Certificate of Incorporation from BRELA, TIN and VAT registration certificates, tax clearance certificate.
3. Applicants should provide past 3 years audited financial statements, information indicating their capability in providing the services in the categories being applied for. Such information may include: firms track
record, CV of key personnel, proof of similar assignment undertaken with other banks/financial institutions and other companies – among them must be Banks/Financial Institutions not less than 4 in the past 5 years and include a contact person for reference, proof of experience in related category, brochure or catalogue relevant to the application and evidence of being legally authorized to provide the services being applied for.
4. Short listed suppliers in the respective categories will be called upon to submit fees schedule as and when, specific needs arise. Contracts will then be issued on most competitive offer basis. Interested suppliers must submit their sealed applications to the undersigned not later than the 04.06.2019 by 12 noon.
5. All Tenders properly filled in, and enclosed in plain envelopes must be delivered to the Tender Box on the 1st Floor, COMMERCIAL BANK OF AFRICA TANZANIA LIMITED, Amani Place Building, Ohio Street P.O. Box 9640 Dar es Salaam.
6. Envelopes must be sealed and clearly labeled/addressed as follows:

7.Late tenders, portion of tenders, electronic tenders, tenders not received, tenders not opened at the tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
