INVITATION FOR TENDER

1. This invitation for tender follows the general procurement notice for project which appeared UN Development business Issued no WB-P475857-02/20 Dated 4^th February 2020
2. The Government of United Republic of Tanzania has receiving financial from the World Bank towards the cost of the productive social safety net II.  This project will be jointly financed by the agency for international development Bill and Melinda development Gates Foundation.  The global fund to fight AIDS TB and malaria international fund for agriculture development, the government of Norway and OPEC.  The TASAF implementing agency for this project intends to apply part of the proceeds towards payments under call-off contractors that may be AWAREDE under framework agreement for printing services
3. The TASAF Now invites sealed tender from eligible providers of printing services
4. Tendering will be conducted through National competitive tendering procedure specified in the public procurement regulation 2013 government notice no. 446 as amended in 2016 and is open to all tenders as defined in the regulation
5. Interested bidders may obtain further information from secretary of the tender board TASAF DSM Old Kilwa/Malind Road MAIN BUILDING, 3^RD Floor Room No 20  from 8:00 to 16:00 hrs on Monday – Friday inclusive except public holidays
6. A complete set of tendering document in English and additional sets may be purchased by interested tenders on the submission of written an application to the address given under paragraph 5 above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 50,000 TZS in convertible currency, payment should be direct deposit to CRDB Bank PLC, Vijana Branch Dar es Salaam Account number 01J1005174000 Name of the account is TANZANIA SOCIAL ACTION FUND
7. All tender must be accompanied by tender securing declaration in the format provided in the tendering documents
