As an international cooperation enterprise for sustainable development with worldwide operations, the federally owned Deutsche Gesellschaft for Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH supports the Government of Tanzania on behalf of the German Government in achieving its development policy objectives.
The Improving Health Care Provision in Tanzania (IHCT) programme is implemented by GIZ, commissioned by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and development. GIZ Implements this programme with close collaboration with the ministry of Health, Community Development, Gender, Elderly and Children.
