TENDER FOR PROCUREMENT OF MINOR EQUIPMENT FOR FINANCIAL YEAR 2021-2022
MSPH Tanzania LLC, known as ICAP, is a non-governmental organization operating in Tanzania since 2004, with funding mainly from the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Retief (PEPTAR) Gough the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). (CAP of Columbia University’s Maliman School of Public Health is the recipient of a few year PEPTAR funded cooperative agreement beginning 29th September 2021 from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (COC) to support comprehensive community- and facility-based HIV and VMMC services in Mwanza region.
MSPH Tanzania LLC – ICAP intends to procure various minor equipment for MICA Plus project under PEPFAR/COC awarded funding.
MSPH Tanzania LLC – ICAP now invites reputable and registered suppliers to request the tenders document for the following lots.

Lot 1. Supply and delivery of Medical and laboratory supplies

Lot 4 Supply and delivery of Pill Canes
Lot 5. Supply and delivery of VMIMC Tents,
Lot 6. Supply and delivery of 2: wheel Motorbikes
Lot 7. Supply and delivery of Quadricycie (4 Seater)
Note:
1. Please clearly incubate lot nurses, failure to comply will disqualify your application.
2 The public tender opening will be made in presence of all bidders of their official representatives, we encourage all bidder to attend through zoom call and Zoom Call Link will be not to all who applied only in advance of the meeting.
3. Bid documents will be sent to all the applicants via email address below upon request.
4 Bids not received and opened in public at the public bid opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation respectively of the circumstances.
5. The tender validity period is 14 days.
6. Selection criteria will be lowest price, technically evaluated/ acceptable based on technical specifications and other criteria described above.
7. MSPH Tanzania reserve the rights to disqualify any offer based on failure to follow solicitation instructions.
6. MSPH reserves the rights to waive not proposal deficiencies that cannot be corrected praise to award determination to promote competition

10. The evaluation of bide will be conducted as per MSPHI Tanzania LLC (CAP Procurement Conditions.
APPLACATION PROCEDURE
Eligible suppliers meeting all stated requirements are requested to: –
- Submit one application for each lot they are applying for If a supper ic applying for two different lots, each lot should have a separate application document with supporting evidence specifically, for that bot.
