The Lake Victoria Basin Commission (LVBC) received financing from the EAC Partner States for
the construction of its Headquarters in Kisumu, Kenya. LVBC now invites eligible bidders to
submit bids for the Tender for Proposed Construction of Office Block for the LVBC Headquarters,
Phase Two. Bidders are requested to take note of the following information;

and www.eac.int . Interested and eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Lake
Victoria Basin Commission.
Sealed Bids must be addressed and delivered to the address as below indicating “TENDER FOR
PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF OFFICE BLOCK FOR LAKE VICTORIA BASIN COMMISSION HEADQUARTERS-PHASE II: LVBC/WKS/22-23/01″ and delivered to the Tender Box. Telegraphic, Fax, E-mail and other electronic submissions will not be accepted. No liability will be acceptable for loss or late delivery and late submissions will be rejected.
