Invitation for Tenders
This Invitation for Tenders follows the General Procurement Notice for this Project which appeared in Tender Portal and Gaming Board website.
The Gaming Board of Tanzania has set aside funds for it’s operations during the financial year 2018/201 9. It is intended that part of the proceeds of the fund will be used to cover eligible payment under the contract for the Proposed Electrical, ICT and Heating, Ventilations and Air Conditioning Installation for Office Fit-outs and Interior Works at the 3rd Floor of PSPF Dodoma Plaza, Dodoma, Tanzania.
The Gaming Board of Tanzania now invites sealed bids from eligible contractors specialized in Electrical registered in Class Five and above and Telecommunication/ICT registered in Class Three and above of Contactors Registration Board (CRB) for construction of Electrical and ICT Works for carrying out the Proposed Electrical, ICT and Heating, Ventilations and Air Conditioning Installation for thce Fit-outs and Interior Works at the 3rd Floor of PSPF Dodoma Plaza, Dodoma Tanzania.
Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding procedures specified in the Procurement Regulations, 2013 Government Notice No.446 and is open to all Tenderers as defined in the Regulations unless otherwise stated in the Tender Data Sheet/as stated in the Tender Data Sheet.
Interested eligible Tenderers/Prequalified tenderers may obtain further information from and inspect the Tendering Documents at the office of the Secretary of the Tender Board at Gaming Board of Tanzania, 27th Floor, PSPF Towers, Mission Street, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, from 09:00 am to 16:00 pm working hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive except on public holidays.
A complete set of Tendering Document(s) in English and additional sets may be purchased by interested Tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address given under paragraph 5 above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of TZS 100,000/= Payment should either be by Cash, Banker’s Draft, or Banker’s Cheque, payable to Director General deposited on Account No.012103016135 at National Bank of Commerce, Samora Avenue Branch
All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender security in an acceptable form in the amount of 2% of Tender Price or freely convertible currencies in case of foreign Tenderers.
All Tenders in one original plus three properly filled in, and enclosed in plain envelopes must be delivered to the address at Secretary to the Tender Board, Gaming Board of Tanzania, 27th Floor, PSPF Towers, Mission Street, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania at or before Friday, 10th May 2019, at 2:30 pm. Tenders will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend in the opening at the Gaming Board of Tanzania, Dar es Salaam.
Late Tenders portion of Tenders, electronic Tenders, Tenders not received, Tenders not opened at the Tender Opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
