Daging Oilfield Construction Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter as DOCG), as a CONTRACTOR for Storage Terminal of EACOP Project. invites experienced and reputable contractors that have demonstrable capability, willingness, ability and availability to perform related works to express their interest in providing various services in the description to the East African Crude Oil Pipeline (EACOP) project.
The EACOP Project development involves the engineering, construction, operation and maintenance of a crude oil export pipeline crossing Uganda and Tanzania and an onshore Marine Terminal in Chongoleani. near Tanga Port in Tanzania.
There are two (2) packages planned for Storage Facilities and Terminal as
follows:
Package-1: The NDE services for Storage Facilities Project
(Ref:MST-TZ-20220615-001)
Package-2: The NDE services for Terminal pipeline
Project(Ref:MST-TZ-20220615-002) Should you be interested in participating any or all of the packages, please provide below minimum requirements clearly specifying the packagels) of interest, including the reference number(s).
Package-1: The NDE services for Storage Facilities Project
(Ref:MST-TZ-20220624-001)
The services include but not limit to, the following:
a) Complete daily NDE examination independently as per instruction issued by
DOCG: work method is based on project approved documents and DOCG
specification, IFC drawing, codes and standards;
b) Draw a conclusion to the weld joint according to the applicable codes and standards;
c) Issue NDE report in time as per the approved NDE procedures, submit the written NDE report with squad check & official stamp to DOCG and supervisor for review in time as per DOCG requirements;
d) Accept DOCG’s and supervisor’s inspection and supervision:
e) In charge of abide by the DOCG’s HSE requirements when carry out the any NDE activity on site;
f) Be responsible for all logistic supports & construction measures cost which carry out the SOW of activities and project consumable equipment and material.
g) Be responsible for providing suitable PPE to employees:
h) Be responsible for arranging the qualified NDE operation to carry out NDE activities in time when informed by DOCG.
i) Each X-ray film and associated NDE reports has to be digitized (dedicated scanner adapted for Radiographic films scanning).
Minimum Requirements:
a. All qualified certification of incorporation; All Valid Business License and Permits
b. Suitable resources availability including equipment, qualified personnel.
c. ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, OHSAS 18001 (IS045001:2015), or equivalent Certificates.
d. Suitable HSE, Social and Quality policy
e. Proven track record of experience in providing similar services in last 3 years.
f. Financial capacity to deliver the requested services.
g. Compliance with petroteum (local content) regulations.2017 and local company definition for Tanzania.
Package-2: The NOE services for Terminal Project
(Ref:MST-TZ-20220624-002)
The services include but not limit to, the following:

Proof of registration/application to local supplier service provider (LSSP) database at the time of EOI submission is strongly recommended.
Interested companies with the capacity to provide the services listed above should express their interest in English language by sending the above documents to [email protected] (not exceeding 20mbs) on or before 17:00 hours East African Time (EAT), on 11TH July 2022. Subject of the email should be EOI for MST-TZ-20220824-001/002 – COMPANY NAME.
Companies satisfactorily meeting the above minimum requirements will receive, subject to the signature of a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), a detailed e pre-qualification questionnaire for further evaluation by Company.
DOCG reserves the right not to consider companies that submit an incomplete dossier. ¢
