PROVISION OF AIR CONDITIONERS SERVICE INVITATION FOR QUOTATIONS
You are hereby invited to submit your priced quotation for the provision of the services as described in the Statement of Requirement (80R) and Prices as detailed in Section II.
All quotations in one original plus TWO copies, properly filled in, and enclosed in plain envelopes marked “Quotation No. 019/2019-20/HQ/NC/01, FOR PROVISION OF AIR CONDITIONERS SERVICE must be delivered to the Secretary, Tender Board, NATIONAL INSTITUTE FOR MEDICAL RESEARCH (NIMR), 3 BARACK OBAMA DRIVE, P. 0. BOX 9653, 11101 DAR ES SALAAM.
A complete set of Tendering Documents in English language and additional sets may be purchased by interested Tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address given under paragraph 2 above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of T.Shs 50,000/=. Payment should be through Bank, payable to NATIONAL INSTITUTE FOR MEDICAL RESEARCH (NIMR).
Deadline for submission will be on 17TH September, 2019, at 10.00 hours local time. Quotations will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of bidders representatives who choose to attend in the opening at the NATIONAL INSTITUTE FOR MEDICAL RESEARCH (NIMR), 3 BARACK OBAMA DRIVE, P. 0. BOX 9653, 11101 D’SALAAM.
All quotations must be accompanied by a BID SECURING DECLARATION FORM.
Late, partial and electronic quotations, and quotations not opened at the quotation opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
The National Institute for Medical Research Tender Board is not bound to accept the lowest bid or any Tender.
