INVITATION FOR PREQUALIFICATION
The Tanzania Wildlife Management Authority has set aside funds towards the cost of procurement of air tickets, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of these payments under the contract for:

The Tanzania Wildlife Management Authority intends to pre-qualify Applicants for provision of air tickets as shown in the above table. It is expected that invitations to tender will be made in the financial year 2019/2020.
Pre-qualification will be conducted through the procedures specified in Regulation 119 of the Public Procurement (Regulations- Government Notice 446 of 2013, and its amendments of 2016 and is open to all Applicants as defined in the Regulations.
Interested applicants may obtain further information from and inspect the pre-qualification documents at the Tanzania Wildlife Management Authority Tender Board, TAWA Head Office, Morogoro at TAFORI Building, Dar es Salaam Road, Kingolwira Area, between 08:00 hrs. And 15:30 hrs. on Mondays to Fridays except on weekends and Public Holidays
A complete set of pre-qualification documents in English may be purchased by interested Applicants on the submission of a written application to the address given under paragraph 7 below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of TZS 100,000/= (Tanzanian Shillings One hundred thousand Only). Payment should pay to Tanzania Wildlife Management Authority at CRDB Accounts number 0150319566100 Morogoro. The document will be collected physically after receiving evidence of payment by the Tenderers.
Applications in one original plus one copy, properly filled in, and enclosed in plain envelopes must be delivered to the address Conservation Commissioner, Tanzania Wildlife Management Authority, P.O. Box 2658, Morogoro on Monday 22nd July, 2019 at or before 14:00 hours. Applications will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend in the opening ceremony at the TAFORI Building, Second Floor, Conference Room, Dares Salaam Road, Kingolwira Area, Morogoro
Late applications, portion of applications, electronic applications, and applications not received, applications not opened and not read out in public at the tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
