Total Energies East Africa Midst earn B. V Company Tanzania on Oil and Gas company. Invites experienced and reputable organizations to express their interest in providing services to the East African Crude Oil pipeline (EACOP) project.
The EACOP project involves the construction and operation of a buried, cross-border pipeline to transport crude oil from the Lake Albert area in Uganda to the eastern coast of Tanzania for export to international markets. The pipeline will run from Kabala in Hoima District, Uganda to Chongoleani, Tanga region, in Tanzania. The length of the pipeline is 1,443KM of which 1147KM will be in Tanzania.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE SCOPE OF THE SERVICES:
COMPANY requires the services of communication company to provide support of the below service’s as per demand:
1.Provission of large scale communication materials printing in different formats
2.Provision of products branding services including branded notice boards
Note: An interested company can apply to provide support in one more services and suggestion boxes.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Companies expressing their interest are invited to document their request with:
1.Proof of experience and good performance along with sample in delivering the communication support of interest. At this stage, samples will be submitted in form of image and should be shared through links that are no expected to expire
2.proof of technical capacity such as equipment’s facilities and team composition
3.Proven experience of working in major projects with high demand for communication support.
4.Ability to install or manage logistics of distributing branded communication along the pipeline corridor where required, especially in Kagera, Geita, Tabora, Shinyanga, Singida, Dodoma, Manyar and Tanga will be highly regarded.
5.Financial capacity to deliver the services required including submission of financial accounts for 2020.
6.Application for registration with the EWURA Local Supplier Services Provide (LSSP) database at the time of submission of the response to this expression of interest is strongly recommended
7.Compliance with Local Content Regulations 2017 and Local Company definition
8.Appriopriate licensing from relevant in country authority for the provision of the services where is necessary.
9.Proof of registration with the Tanzania Revenue Authority and Tax Clearance Certificate for the latest year.

(Note): The EACOP project will review and assess the documents provided by the interested companies to derive a list of prequalified companies. Only pre-qualified companies will receive, subject to Signature of a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), invitation to submit bids in furtherance of the call for tender process. All Expression of interests should be submitted in English Language.
