REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST: PROVISION OF COMMUNICATIN SUPPORT TO THE EACOP PROJECT TANZANIA: REF: 0010007127
Total Energies East Africa Midst earn B. V Company Tanzania on Oil and Gas company. Invites experienced and reputable organizations to express their interest in providing services to the East African Crude Oil pipeline (EACOP) project.
The EACOP project involves the construction and operation of a buried, cross-border pipeline to transport crude oil from the Lake Albert area in Uganda to the eastern coast of Tanzania for export to international markets. The pipeline will run from Kabala in Hoima District, Uganda to Chongoleani, Tanga region, in Tanzania. The length of the pipeline is 1,443KM of which 1147KM will be in Tanzania.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE SCOPE OF THE SERVICES:
COMPANY requires the services of communication company to provide support of the below service’s as per demand:
1.Graprics designing.
2.Motion Graphics, Animation (2D & 3D) and illustrations.
3.Theatre communication along the pipeline route: Kagera, Geita, Tabora, Shinyanga, Singida, Dodoma, Manyara and Tanga.
4.Video Production in high-definition resolution and postproduction
5.Photography
6. Audio production.
7. Swahili to English and English to Swahili translation services.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
1.Companies expressing their interest are invited to document their request with:
2.Proof of experience and good performance along with samples in delivering the communication support of interest. At this stage all communication sample should be shared through links that are not expected to expire large scale printing companies do not have to share sample at this stage.
3.Proof of technical capacity such as equipment’s facilities and team composition
4.Proven experience of working in major projects with high demand for communication support.
5.Experience of working in the grassroots along the central corridor specifically in Kagera, Geita, Tabora, Shinyanga, Singida, Dodoma, Manyara and Tanga furtherer communication will be highly regarded.
6.Financialcapacity to deliver the services required including submission of financial accounts for 2020.
7.Application for registration with the EWURA Local Supplier Services Provide (LSSP) database at the time of submission of the response to this expression of interest is strongly recommended
8.Compliance with Local Content Regulations 2017 and Local Company definition
9.Appriopriate licensing from relevant in country authority for the provision of the services.
10.Proof of registration with the Tanzania Revenue Authority and Tax Clearance Certificate for the latest year

Only pre-qualified companies will receive, subject to Signature of a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), invitation to submit bids in furtherance of the call for tender process.
