PROVISION OF CONSULTANCY SERVICES AS A THE CLERK OF WORKS FOR PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF MULTIPURPOSE BUILDING (PAPU HOUSE) PROJECT (AE-OZO/HQ/2017-1 8/C/4)
During financial year 2018/19, the Tanzania Communications Regulatory Authority (TCRA) has set aside funds for its operations. It is intended that part of the proceeds of the fund will be used to cover eligible payment under the contract for employment of the Clerk of Works for supervision of works on Proposed Construction of Multipurpose Building (PAPU House) in Arusha.
TCRA now invites eligible Individual Consultants to submit detailed Curriculum Vitae (0/5) and Financial Proposal (FP) for the supervision of works on Proposed Construction of Multipurpose Building (PAPU House) in Arusha.
Interested Individual Consultants may obtain further information from and inspect/collect the proposal document at the office of the Secretary, TCRA Tender Board, Tanzania Communications Regulatory Authority, 14414 Mawasiliano Towers, 20 Sam Nujoma Road, P.0. Box 474 Dar Es Salaam from 9:003m to 3.00pm on Mondays to Fridays inclusive, except on Public Holidays.
Consultants shall submit one Original detailed CV and Financial Proposal plus Two copies of detailed CV and Financial Proposal in writing by Thursday, 23’“ May 2019, 11:00 hours local time.
The Detailed CV and Financial Proposal shall each be enclosed in a separate envelope and marked “Detailed CV” and “Financial Proposal” respectively. The two envelopes shall then be enclosed in a single envelope and marked “Proposal for the Consultancy Services for the supervision of works on Proposed Construction of Multipurpose Building (PAPU House) in Arusha and submitted to the following address:

The opening of Curriculum Vitae (CVs) shall take place immediately after the deadline for submission, on Thursday, 23″‘ May, 2019 at; 11.00 am at the conference room of Mawasiliano Towers. Applying individual consultants (or their representatives) are invited to attend the opening ceremony.
A consultant will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the Public Procurement Act, 2011 and the Public Procurement (Selection and Employment of Consultants) Regulations, 2013 as amended in 2016.
Curriculum Vitae (CVs) shall be evaluated on the basis of the criteria shown in the request for proposal document and shall be ranked. Consultants scoring above 80% shall be considered technically responsive. The first Individual Consultants on the ranking shall be invited and if available, fees and other contract terms shall be negotiated.

Late Proposals, portion 0? Proposals, Electronic Proposals, Proposals not opened and not read out in public at the opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
