INVITATION TO TENDER
FOR
THE PROVISION OF EAC STAFF MEDICAL INSURANCE SERVICES
1. EAC has allocated to be used for the Provision of Staff Medical Insurance Services.
2. EAC invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above non consultancy services for a period of one year renewable twice upon satisfactory performance and agreement of both parties.
3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the at the EAC website: www.eac.int or at the address given below at 6(a) from 8.00 am to 4.00 pm office hours.
4. Bids must be delivered to the address below at 6(a) at or before 11.00am EAT 22nd JUNE 2020. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 6(a) at 11.15am EAT 22nd JUNE 2020.
5. There shall be no a pre – bid meeting/ site visit.
