REQUEST THE SUBMISSION OF TENDER FOR THE PROVISION OF SECURITY SERVICES AT THE NORTH MARA GOLD MINE
North Mara Gold Mine Limited which is owned ultimately by Barrick Gold Corporation and the Government of Tanzania requests the submission of tenders from interested and qualified parties to provide mine security within the perimeter of the North Mara Gold Mine. The services will include the protection of infrastructure plant equipment and of the people who work at the north Mara Gold Mine and will also involve the development of strategies to ensure the services are provide in the most cost effective and appropriate way. Any tender submitted are to include techniques and strategies which if deployed at the north mara Gold would benefit relation with surrounding community. North Mara Gold mine is a unique challenging environment where any successful tenders will work closely with the local community and the mine’s management team to maintain and build on the mine’s social silence to operate
The contract to supply the services is intend to be awarded through a competitive tendering process based in the evaluation criteria set out in the invitation to tender. North mara gold mine is not bound to accept the lowest tender offer received
