INVITATION FOR TENDERS
TENDER NO. PA/066/2018-2019/HQ/N/19
PROVISION OF SECURITY SERVICES FOR NON-PERMANENT NHC LOCATIONS
The National Housing Corporation (NHC) has funds to cover various operations during the financial year 2018-2019. It intends to apply part of the proceeds of this fund to cover eligible payments under the contract No RV066/2018-2019/HQ/N/19 for Provision of Security Services for Non-permanent NHC locations.
The National Housing Corporation now invites sealed Tenders from eligible “National” providers of Security Services for Non-permanent NHC locations
Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering procedures specified in the Public Procurement (Regulations. 2013 – Government Notice No. 446 as amended in 2016 and is open to all Tenderers as defined in the Regulations.
Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from and inspect the Tendering Documents at the office of the Secretary, Tender Board, National Housing Corporation, KAMBARAGE HOUSE, P.0. Box 2977, Dar es Salaam, 4th floor form 9:00 Hours to 15:30 Hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive except on public holidays.
A complete set of Tendering Documents in English Language and additional sets may be purchased by interested Tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address given under paragraph 5 above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of TZS 50.000/= Fifty Thousands Shillings (upon request for Payment Control Number from Finance Department at NHC Head office) payable to National Housing Corporation. P.0. Box 2977 Dar es Salaam.
All Tenders must be accompanied with a Tender Securing Declaration in the format provided in the Tendering Documents.
All Tenders in one original plus Two copies, properly filled in, and enclosed in plain envelopes must be delivered to the address Secretary,

at or before 14:00 Hours Local Time on Monday 10th June, 2019. Tenders will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend in the opening at the National Housing Corporation. KAMBARAGE HOUSE. P.0 Box 2977. Plot No. 1 (4th Floor).
Late Tenders, portion of Tenders, electronic Tenders, Tenders not received, and not opened and not read out in public at the Tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
