PROVISION OF SECURITY SERVICES TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF DODOMA FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR 201 9/2020
The City Council Of Dodoma has set aside funds towards the cost of towards the cost of Provision Of Security Services to The City Council Of Dodoma, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this funds to cover eligible payments under the contract for Provision Of Security Services to The City Council Of Dodoma
The City Council of Dodoma now invites sealed Tenders from eligible National Registered Security Service Providers for the Provision Of Security Services to The City Council Of Dodoma.
Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering procedures specified in the Public Procurement (Regulations, 2013Government Notice No. 446 as amended in 2016 and is open to all Tenderers as defined In the [Regulations
Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from and inspect the Tendering Documents at the office of The Secretary of the Council Tender Board, The City Council of Dodoma-HQ Former CDA Building, 1st Floor RoomNO.14, P.O.BOX 1249, DODOMA fromO7:30-15:30Hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive except on public holidays.
A complete set of Tendering Documents in ENGLISH and additional sets may be purchased by interested Tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address given under paragraph 4 above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of One Hundred Thousand Shillings Only Payment should either be by Cash, Banker’s Draft, or Banker’s Cheque, payable to The City Council of Dodoma
All Tenders must be accompanied with a Tender Securing Declaration in the format provided in the Tendering Documents.
All Tenders in one original plus two copies properly filed in, and enclosed in plain envelopes must be delivered to The Secretary of the Council Tender Board, The City Council of Dodoma-HQ, Former CDA Building, 1st Floor Room No.14, P.O.BOX 1249, DODOMA at or before 10.00Hours. On 6th June, 2019 Tenders will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend in the opening at the New City Council Conference Hall,The City Council Of Dodoma, New Former Dodoma Municipal Offices.
Late Tenders, portion of Tenders, electronic Tenders, Tenders not received, and not opened and not read out in public at the Tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances
